We offer free ground shipping anywhere in the US.
You will normally receive your order within 5-7 days after it has been shipped, not necessarily from the time the order has been placed. Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship.
All orders must be submitted by 5:00pm PST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00pm PST, it will likely ship out the next business day.
You may choose the shipping method you prefer between Standard and Express.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking information.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order.
Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses will be sent via UPS Ground service.
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by the courier. You will find the tracking number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday (some Saturday deliveries) during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a contact number.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
Each order is insured for $100.00 by our courier. You are more than welcome to pay for additional insurance if you wish.
