Shopping

Does everything run small?

We fit extra small and grade up from there so our sizing is naturally skewed towards smaller sizes. For wovens we recommend buying true to size while we recommend sizing up for some of our body-con knits.

If you still have questions we recommend reaching out to our customer service team with questions regarding sizing on specific products.

My bust is 34C or larger! Are there any styles that will be good for me?

We have a tendency to avoid darts and interlinings with support, this means that our pieces do tend to work better with a smaller bust. That said, this all depends on your level of comfort and the type of look you'd like to achieve.

Why are your clothes priced the way they are?

We are dedicated to giving you the best product we possibly can. Our pieces are made in Los Angeles with an extreme attention to detail. Rest assured you can expect a high quality piece to add to your wardrobe from AYAI.

Ordering

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order and we will take care of you.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Domestic Shipping

I’ve placed my order, when will it ship?

All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

When will I receive my order once it is shipped?

This depends on the shipping you selected! We currently offer:

  • Standard: 5-7 Business Days
  • 2 Business Days
  • 3 Business Days
  • Next Day:
    • All next day orders must be placed before 3pm to be eligible for next day shipping.
    • Does not apply to weekends. Any next day order placed on Saturday will be received on Monday
  • Postmates (Los Angeles Only): Order must be received by 5pm.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Our standard 5-7 Business Day ground shipping is free for US orders.

What is your return policy?

For domestic customers, we offer free returns within 90 days from the date of purchase!

What do I do once I have the return label?

Print it out the label, and make sure that your invoice and reasons for return or exchange are clearly stated on the invoice.

What if I have lost my invoice?

Please write your order number and reason for return or exchange on a piece of paper and include it with the items you’re returning in lieu of the invoice.

 

International

All international shipments are shipped through DHL or UPS.

DHL express takes 2-7 business days.

Standard shipping options are shipped via DHL.

What are the shipping and handling costs for international?

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $300

Orders under $300 require shipping and handling costs that are determined as you check out

Do you pay for duties and taxes?

  • Unfortunately we do not. All local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. We recommend contacting your local city of residence for information regarding these costs.
  • The price associated with duties and taxes vary from country to country. 
  • We ship your package DDU “duties and taxes unpaid”
  • We do not collect VAT, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what the charges may be.

FINE JEWELRY

RETURN/EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely happy with your AYAI fine jewelry order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept this item for exchange, refund, or store credit within 90 days of receiving your jewelry.  Fine jewelry returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging.


FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty product, we will gladly exchange the original piece within 10 days of purchase. To notify us of the fault, please contact us and include the below information:
        Your order #
        Your full name and address
        Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description


REPAIRS
At AYAI quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any AYAI fine jewelry item please email [email protected]. Please reference your name, address, order number and repair issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package. On a case by case basis, some repairs can incur a fee, which will be invoiced by email.


CARE
Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing your AYAI fine jewelry.  Over the course of time, body oil and skin products can collect on jewelry and leave a residue. This may cause the metal to tarnish and occlude stones.  Also, please avoid wearing AYAI jewelry when coming in contact with household chemicals. They can discolor or damage your jewelry and diamonds. To keep your jewelry looking bright and new, take a soft headed toothbrush with some mild soap and gently brush the front and back of the stones and metal. Rinse thoroughly with tepid water.

AYAI fine jewelry is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully as outlined in the care instructions.
