International orders $300 and over will have free shipping.  Other international orders will have a $20 shipping fee.

You will normally receive your order within 6-9 days after it has been shipped, not necessarily from the time the order has been placed. Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship.

All orders must be submitted by 5:00pm PST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00pm PST, it will likely ship out the next business day.

Shipping Methods

You may choose the shipping method you prefer between Standard shipping or pay extra for expedited shipping.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking information.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.


Standard Shipping (Ground Shipping)

All international orders have a flat $20 shipping charge.

Delivery is normally about two business days to Canada, three business days to Mexico, three to four business days to Europe and four to five business days to Asia and Latin America.
Expedited Shipping
We also offer three expedited shipping options for domestic orders via UPS. The prices may vary based on the service your choose:
  • UPS Worldwide Express: Delivery is usually on the next business day to Canada, the second business day to Europe and Latin America and the second or third business day to Asia.
  • UPS Worldwide Express Saver:  Delivery is usually on the next business day to Canada, the second business day to Europe and Latin America and within two to three business days to Asia.
  • UPS Standard to Canada: Delivery to all Canadian provinces is usually by end of day within 3 to 8 business days. 
  • UPS Standard to Mexico: Delivery to all of Mexico is usually by end of day within 5 to 9 business days.


Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Are You Am I.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Please note that all local, state and national taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 



You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by the courier.

You will find the tracking number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a contact number.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you. 

Items purchased from Are You Am I are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. A small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.


How to send your return or exchange
Please note, any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
To ship an item back to Are You Am I please:
  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
  4. Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
