Exposure to substances such as chlorine, perfume, and cleaning products may discolor, damage, or accelerate tarnishing of your jewelry.

Our jewelry is crafted with a silver base and dipped in 18K gold, so keeping your pieces as dry as possible will help extend the life of their finish and shine. Always store jewelry completely dry and preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

To clean your AYAI jewelry, gently wipe with a soft cloth or cotton ball to remove residue and dirt. If needed, you may lightly clean with a soft-headed toothbrush and mild soap. Rinse carefully with lukewarm water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Do not leave jewelry wet or exposed to open air for extended periods.

We do not recommend using commercial jewelry cleaning solutions, as many contain harsh chemicals that may damage the gold finish.
